Who is Walter Haines?

I have been practicing law for over 32 years and have considerable experience in the area of California labor law, handling in excess of 100 class action cases and over 500 individual cases. Since my early days of practicing law, I have had a passion for helping the “underdog” obtain justice. In fact, many seemingly small issues brought to my attention, when investigated further, have yielded large class action cases. The adjudication of these cases has assisted not only employees in large groups who were similarly situated, but has in many cases brought change to the employment policies of some of the largest companies in the United States.
